Question:

Do you have a wedge that will fit the Lippert Trailair pin box that will work with my Demco Autoslider hitch? I dont want to have to use the top guide rails that came with my hitch. Thank you

Although there are some wedges that Demco offers to use in conjunction with the Demco Hijacker Autoslide, like part # DM8550035, the wedges are made for specific specialty pin boxes and won't work with a standard pin box. For a standard pin box you need to use the capture brackets that already come with your 5th wheel hitch.

If you want to upgrade your pin box to one that uses an air bag or shock to help enhance your towing experience just let me know what your pin box number is (like Lippert 16621) and I can recommend a pin box that uses a wedge with the Hijacker.

If you have a Trailair Tri-Glide then you need part # DM6095 and for a Rota-Flex or Flexair you need part # DM6171 instead. If you have the standard Air Ride you can use the adapter # DM6171 for a better fit but it isn't really needed. So basically the only wedge for a Trailair pin box is if you have the Tri-Glide. Other than that you are basically replacing the capture plates.
