I’m looking for a trailer that has tires that are capable of traveling 800 + miles at a time are these tires designed to travel long distance.

The Malone MegaSport Trailer for 2 Hobie Kayaks # MPG550-H that you referenced does not have any distance limitations at all. It has a speed rating of up to 70 mph so as long as you stay under that 800 miles wouldn't be a problem at all!
