Childrens Bike Adapter for Kuat Sherpa 2.0, NV 2.0, and NV 2.0 Base Bike Racks - Qty 1 This accessory is listed for 20 inch wheels, and I believe works for 20-24 inch wheels. My sons bike has 18 inch wheels a Kent Abyss 18 inch. Any idea if it will work? I have not purchased the rack yet. If not, do you know of am 18 inch adapter for the Thule T2 pro XT?

The Children's bike adapter for Kuat Sherpa 2.0, NV 2.0, and NV 2.0 Base Bike Racks part # 016-025-00-00 minimum wheel diameter is 20" so it would not be compatible with your son's Kent Abyss with 18" wheels
The best option I can provide for you that I can ensure will work with the smaller diameter wheel is the Hollywood Racks part # HR200Z with the kid bike wheel hoops part # HRSW-ADP-2. These are the only adapters I have been able to find that works with a smaller than 20 inch diameter wheel. I recommend the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable Lock to protect your son's bike part # HRLHPTC.
