If you have the OEM factory pucks in your 2012 Ford F-350, the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs # BWRVK3300 will put the king pin of your trailer just slightly in front of your axle but the positioning can be adjusted.
If you have the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1111 with the Companion # BWRVK3500, then the gooseneck will be centered over the axle and the companion arms can adjust to be 1 inch ahead of the post or up 7 inches behind the post depending on the orientation and positioning of the arms. I've attached a photo of the instructions to assist.
