It says can hold up to90 lbs, each bike max at 35lbs I need to transport just one bike but weighs 50lbs Would this work sine only bike?

All of the trunk mounted bike rack options available have at most a 35 lb per bike capacity like the Yakima Hangout part # Y02638 that you referenced. That means that for your 2015 Mercedes CLA Class you'd have to look into a hitch mounted bike rack which while it is your only option it is a great option. Which if you have a CLA250 we have the Curt hitch part # C12163 as a confirmed fit.
Then for a bike rack we have the Thule T2 # TH23JV which has a single bike weight capacity of 60 lbs and would work well for you.
