In all the installs I never see the last part where they install the cover.

I assume you are referring to the installation videos of the Pace Edwards Switchblade like # 311-SMFA30A61. The installation of the cover is slightly different for each truck so we don't do all of the installation steps in the videos.
Installing the cover canister is the first step after confirming the parts are all included in the box (which already has the cover in it). Then you install the rails and then fine tune for the cover to fit perfectly in your truck bed. I have linked a few photos of the installation instructions to assist. The full instructions will come with the cover to give you the step by step installation.
