What Size T-Nuts Does The Adarac M-Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack Accept?

Updated 12/09/2025 | Published 11/18/2025

Question:

What size t-nuts and hardware do these rails accept? I havent found the answer anywhere. Part numbers or links would be helpful. Going down the t-slot rabbit hole there are hundreds of sizes and options depending on the extrusion type. Any guidance is appreciated.

Hello again, Randall, thanks for reaching out. I looked everywhere and I also was not able to find the exact T-slot size listed anywhere. I do know the bars use standard T-slots, so any accessory that is also made for standard T-tracks should work without issue. The Adarac bars use either 1/4 in or 3/8 in square-nut T-slot hardware. If you reach out directly to Adarac, they may be able to tell you, but they definitely don't list that spec anywhere in their literature.

Hey Randall, were you able to confirm the T-slot size with Adarac for your M-Series ladder rack? Knowing what you found could help others trying to match hardware for the same bars.

@JesseM the 3/8"-16 Spot Weld Center Hole Tab Weld nuts are what Agrifab recommends and I used those. That said, M8 t-nuts/bolts work too. The 8.2mm t-nuts are a little narrow and have to be set first, meaning, they'll spin if you don't have them tightened a little. I am looking for wider t-nuts metric that will fit better. the 8 mm top is a good fit, but the 19mm body can spin. The weld center hole nuts are long enough they don't spin inside the extrusion. Finding a longer metric t-slot nut would be my preference.
