Do you by chance have the Dimensions on this tray? Building a custom rack and it looks like it would be a good solution for the back tire. Secondly, in a review someone said that it includes the strap. Is that the case? Thanks!

The Replacement Rear Wheel Tray for Swagman Semi Bike Carriers # S1006 is 18 inches long, underside is 14 inches to the end of the bar. There is 5-3/4 inches between holes and there is 1-1/4 inches from the recess to the first mount hole. The tray is 3-3/4 inches wide overall. I've attached a diagram to assist.
The wheel strap is # SP494 and is not included. The buckle is # S1009 and the strap block is # S1008M.
