Hey, everyone. It's Evangeline here at etrailer.com And today we're taking a look at our Swagman replacement back wheel tray right here at etrailer. So as you're going out on adventures and out on bike rides, it happens. You may need some replacement parts because wear and tear happens. So here in this video, I'll show you what the rear wheel tray is. It's a direct replacement part for your Swagman SEMI bike racks.
And also if you have a different type of Swagman bike rack, check out our product description to make sure you have the right one. So what this includes is going to be the actual tray as well as the mounting hardware. What is not included are the straps and the blocks. So these are different replacement parts. To start replacing, use a five millimeter Allen key in order to loosen your bolt. And there will be three bolts total. The old one should then just pop right out. Take your new replacement and pop that right back in. Don't forget to slide the old strap back on, and tighten down those three bolts.
And now you have a brand new rear wheel tray. So that was a very easy replacement part. I'm glad it's a direct replacement. You don't have to make too many changes. If you have other parts like the strap or your base, things like that, you can check out those exact parts here at etrailer..

Replaces the rear wheel tray that came standard with your Swagman Semi bike carrier.I’m doing a home made bike rack for my bed cover on my truck. The product is exactly what I need. It appears to be well-made and seems rugged enough to withstand the Arizona heat. I am well pleased with etrailer and their customer service. I had a few questions regarding the dimensions and they got back to me in a timely manner. And as a bonus I received the wheel retention straps. The straps are not shown in the picture.
I left the rack on over the winter causing one of the bike locks and its support to rust
making the lock unusable. The part was replaced at no charge. The rack has to carry two heavy e-bikes and has done so with no further problems.
Received the product promptly and it looks great. Deducting one star as the wheel strap was not included and some of the reviews claimed that it was. If the strap is not included, they should indicate that on the description.
