I need to tie down a VW Passat wheel the tire dia.is about 14 in. but the tire is about 9 in wide . it is a 235 x 45 x 17 . WHICH TIE DOWN set should I purchase?

Tire size 235/45-17 is the one factory tire size offered on the 2009 Passat and the overall diameter of this tire is 25.4-inches. The correct Demco wheel tie-down strap to use for this tire size is part # DM03528.
We also offer 3-point straps for smaller wheels # DM03528-81 and for larger wheels # DM03528-93.
