Trunk Mounted Bike Rack Recommendation for 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan SE

Question:

I have a 2019 VW Tiguan SE with a spoiler and roof rails. Is this ok to use with a spoiler, or is it better to get a rack made specifically for vehicles with spoilers? Thanks!

To make a long story short the Yakima Fullback part # Y02634 is the better choice for a trunk mounted bike rack on your 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan than a rack specifically designed for fitting with spoilers.

The Fullback has been confirmed to fit over your spoiler easy and the racks that are designed specifically for tall spoiler applications like the Hollywood Racks Over the Top part # HRF2 are a bit larger and more difficult to deal with. So if there are other options aside from that rack it's best to go with the other options.

The Fullback is lightweight, easy to install, and has a wide contact pad between the rack and the vehicle so it's a really great option.
