Will this go on my 2019 Honda passport and can I put this on myself. I am 61 and in fairly good shape. HRSR1

There is a trunk-mounted bike rack that fits your 2019 Honda Passport, though the one you mentioned will not fit. Instead, what you can use is the Yakima FullBack 2-Bike Rack # Y02634.
This is definitely something you can install yourself, as it uses straps to attach to your Honda, and is lightweight so it's easy to handle.
