Question:
I plan to pull the above travel trailer with my 2014 Audi Q5 TDI. Which weight distribution/sway control unit would you recommend? I have pulled pop up campers and rental trailers before with other cars that have never had a weight distribution/sway control system installed so I am not really sure that I would even need one. What do you think? Thank you.

None of the hitches we offer for your 2014 Audi Q5 are approved for use with weight distribution systems so you most likely won't be able to use a system. What hitch do you have? If it's a factory hitch check on the sticker of it to see if there's a second capacity listed for weight distribution or check with a local Audi dealer.
Typically weight distribution is needed anytime the trailer weighs more than 50 percent of the total weight of the tow vehicle or if the vehicle suspension is sagging noticeably.
The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached a help article on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well. You will want the loaded tongue weight of your setup to fall right in the middle of the tongue weight range of the system you use.
The unloaded hitch weight of your trailer is 635 lbs according to the specs I found on it so for a WD system you'd need something like the # FA94-00-0800 which has a tongue weight range instead of 600- 800 lbs and would work great with your 2017 Flagstaff MicroLite 192FBS as long as your vehicle can have a WD system used with it.
