Question:
Does this Trailer Hitch work for a 2018 Chev Silverado HD New Body Style
asked by: Cindy
Expert Reply:
The etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # E98860 is not a confirmed fit for the 2018 Heavy Duty 2500 or 3500 Silverado. It is only a fit for the Light Duty 1500 models.
If you are looking for a Class IV hitch for the Heavy Duty trucks, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV - 2" # C14010 which is for an 8 foot bed or # C14009 for a 6-1/2 foot bed. These are very strong hitch options confirmed to fit the new body style.
