RV Roof Vent Assembly for Winnebago Destination to be Activated by Wall Switch
Question:
can MaxxFan 00-04500K be wired to my bathroom wall switch in my 2008 Winnebago Destination ? I know it comes with a remote, but we want to keep things as they were originally.

For a wall switch type application for an RV roof vent your best option will be a vent assembly designed specifically for this type of install like the Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent w/12V Fan and Wall Switch # V2119-1-533 which gives you the ability to raise/lower and turn the fan off and on with a wall switch.
If you use a wall switch to cut power off and on with the MaxxAir option you mentioned you won't be able to activate the fan like you are wanting to. Basically you'd have to turn the wall switch on so that you could then turn the assembly on and from there activate the fan.
