Question:

If I took the vinyl sleeve of the Deka 7-wire...Will the individual wires stand up to normal trailer use non-marine, will not be submerged?

Yes, the 10 and 12 gauge wires that covered by the vinyl jacket on the Deka Wire # DW04914-1 are strong enough to stand up to normal trailer use when exposed. Without the jacket covering they will be more prone to damage from road debris/hazards during travel but plenty of trailers use un-jacketed wiring along the length of the frame and these wires in particular are actually of heavier-gauge than what you would normally find on a trailer.
