Question:
Have to push the Lci at least 300 times before the panel comes on. Then have to fight to get it to work. Sometimes it works and sometimes not.

I spoke with Lippert about the issues you are having with what I assume is a Lippert Ground Control Leveling System. They stated that this is a tell-tale sign that the touch pad is malfunctioning so it will need to be replaced with the Replacement Control Panel for Lippert Components Leveling System part # LC421484. This touch pad works with both the travel trailer and 5th wheel leveling systems.
