Is There a Speed Limit When Using the Rhino-Rack Fishing Rod Carrier # RR576F

Question:

Looking at this option in Lieu of conduit carrier kit on 6inch pvc. My only question is I travel all the way down Baja with rods. Its 1850 miles door to door will the carrier protect rods at Hwy speeds is my concern. Im also concerned if hwy speeds will damage the rods with this carrier.

There isn't a speed limit with the Rhino-Rack Fishing Rod Carrier # RR576F that you referenced. Going highway speeds would not be an issue. The front of your vehicle as well as the windshield directs most of the high winds high enough over the top of your vehicle roof so rods carried in a carrier like this wouldn't be getting subjected to as high of winds as you might think.
