Question:
I purchased and received Curt Venturer brake controller and Curt 51438 brake controller harness. I have looked at all the places recommended to find the plug under the dash and I am attaching a picture of what I found under the dash. My truck came with the 7pin and 4pin connection

Thank you for the photo of your 2010 Ram 1500's under-dash wiring. The gray plug shown does appear to be the correct one for connection to the mating gray plug on the Curt wiring harness # C51438. This Curt connector is shown in the other photo so that you can compare the two. The black connector on the other end of the Curt harness will plug in to the wiring at the back of the Venturer brake controller # C74VV.
