Question:
The break away switch was pulled unloading my 5th wheel. Tried resetting the plunger no luck. Replaced with a new one. Now the the break lights on the trailer stay on. Please HELP??

The breakaway kit should only be connected to the 12V lead, your brake circuit, and ground so having the pin pulled shouldn't be keeping your brake lights on. You may want to check your connector and wires that lead to the brake lights on your trailer to make sure power isn't jumping from the 12V or brake circuits over to the brake light circuit.
I have attached a picture of a trailer-side 7-Way connector for you to reference for troubleshooting.
