The correct hangers that you need to use for the 5-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e34SR and the Dexter Heavy-Duty Suspension Kit # K71-359-00 come in the Kit # H248. For your application these need to be spaced 29-1/2" apart on center.
I have attached a diagram that demonstrates this for you. The leaf spring that you will be using is refereed to as "PR5" in the table.
