For starters, the Demco Hydraulic Trailer Brake Actuator part # DM72VR is for drum brakes only and it sounds like you have disc brakes. Therefore, the correct Demco Hydraulic Trailer Brake Actuator for use with disc brakes is part # DM62VR which does come with a reverse lockout feature. In order to use this you will also need a new trailer connector, the Hopkins Wiring Harness part # HM37918 and an adapter, the Adapter 4-Pole to 5-Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter part # 47515.
The Demco Hydraulic Trailer Brake Actuator part # 8605001 does not come with any sort of lockout that can be engaged by adding a bolt which is what I think you are asking.
