I have a solution for you but there are no custom towing mirrors for the 2019 Honda Ridgeline like the CIPA set you mentioned. Your best option is a universal towing mirror set, # KS3990. They will fit most stock side mirrors that are 4-1/2" to 11-1/2" tall and that have a lip or gap between the mirror housing and glass. I checked our the mirrors of the Ridgeline and they'd fit well with this mirror. I have linked a video review of these mirrors for you.
