I am ready to order the above part and I would like to know if I can I order the exact lock core for my existing keys thru etrailer I have the key numbers ? Thanks.

Yes, you can order a specific lock core number for use in Lock Housing # 753-3725-02 so that it matches your existing keys. They keys are also available to match specific lock numbers.
For a specific lock core you will want to use part prefix THLOCK _ _ _ _ and add your key number in the spaces. So for example, if your key number is N022 you will want lock core # THLOCKN022.
For a specific key you will do the same with the key part prefix THKEY _ _ _ _. For this lock the key to match is then part #THKEYN022.
