I would like to re-key the hatches so we have less chance of someone with the same key taking things. Which one of the hatch locking or replacements are best for our purpose.

The Global Links lock cores have more available key possibilities than the other brands so for your application that's what I would go with. For a 7/8 inch long lock cylinder you'd want the part # 295-000003 which you can order keyed alike. I also attached a page that has all of the Global Link options we carry as well.
