The Derale Stacked-Plate Engine Oil Cooler Kit w/ Spin-On Adapter (3/4-16 Threads) - Class III # D15651 will fit your 2000 Ford Excursion 6.8L V10. You will have the m22 x 1.5 filter threading so you will use that adapter which is included.
