Is there any offset on this wheel or are the mounting bolt holes in the center side to side of the wheel?

The Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" Galvanized Wheel part # AM3S040 has a 0 offset which means the mounting surface is lined up directly with the middle of the wheel (side to side). All of our 13" diameter wheels with 4 on 4" bolt pattern have a 0 offset as with most trailer wheels in general as well.
