Yes, the Thule Stacker part # TH830 will work with the factory roof rack on your 2015 Audi Q5 and will allow for two kayaks to be carried. However, if you will only be carrying two kayaks then I recommend you take a look at the Thule Compass Kayak and SUP Carrier part # TH890000 instead. The reason being that the Compass will be much easier to load and unload the kayaks when compared to the Stacker and it will also be more secure.
The Compass comes with everything that you need to secure two kayaks. The Stacker would only really be beneficial for more than two kayaks which might be an issue with the factory roof rack on your Audi due to available space. Therefore, the Compass is a much better option for you and what I recommend for two kayaks.
