Yes I was curious since I was going to put a spacer block on my rear axle. So was also look I g for 1inch spacer for my air bags

If you are only installing a 1" lift on your 2018 Ram 3500, you most likely will not need to use a lift spacer at all with the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs part # AL57595. In order to confirm this, you will need to measure the distance between the two air bag brackets once installed and then subtract the height of the air bag which is 7". I have attached a photo on this for you as well. The smallest spacer we offer is the Firestone Lift Spacer part # F2536 which is 1-1/2" tall and will work with the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs.
