Question:
Will this fit a 2012 Honda Pilot or would you recommend a different model?

Expert Reply:
The CIPA custom mirror, part # 10802, is designed specifically for GM trucks and large SUVs of the early 2000's. It doesn't fit your 2012 Honda Pilot but we do have some towing mirrors that do. I've linked all of them for you.
All the mirrors we have for your Pilot are universal mirrors since there aren't any customs. Out of all of them we have I recommend the K-Source # KS3990. The adjustability with the dual lens is a definite plus. We don't have a video on a Pilot to show you but I have linked on from when we tested the mirrors on an Acura.
