Can you replace a boat trailer tire ST 205/75 R14 with a ST 205/75 D14 tire?

As long as you are replacing all the tires on your boat trailer, you can certainly replace an ST205/75R14 with an ST205/75D14 like the Kenda Loadstar # AM1ST86 that you were looking at. These are the same exact size tires but with different ply constructions.
You currently have radial ply tires which typically do a better job on highways because they will flex more and run cooler than a bias alternative. Bias tires will have a stiffer sidewall which makes them a good choice for off road applications like farm use.
I don't recommend replacing just one of your tires so that you have a mix between radials and bias units. This can result in uneven tread wear and may eventually lead to tire failure. If you only need to replace 1 tire then you will want to stick with a radial ply like the Kenda Karrier # AM10234.
