Would the above hitch support a jet ski trailer with Jet ski on a 2012 Infiniti G37x?

The Curt trailer hitch # C11499 has a towing capacity of 2,000 lbs so it would easily be able to tow a jet ski trailer. As long as the owners manual of your 2012 Infiniti G37x also states that you have enough capacity for the trailer you'd be good. Then for trailer wiring we have the custom fit Tekonsha kit part # 118480 which installs easily and is a very reliable option.
For a ball mount you'd then want the part # 3593 and for hitch balls # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or part # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
