Expert Reply:
The Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner part # SU2845 which is a fit for your 2016 Chevrolet Suburban with the 5.3L V8 engine can provide increases in horsepower and torque up to 18HP and 17TQ while using the performance tune. It will disable the active fuel management (AFM) system so you are always running on all eight cylinders. If you want to further increase the horsepower and torque gains of your Suburban you can add a cold air intake, the Airaid MXP Cold Air Intake System with SynthaMax Dry Filter part # AR201-285 and an exhaust system, the MagnaFlow Cat-Back Exhaust System part # MF15356. This an excellent combo that will really wake your engine up. The tuner lets you get the most out of a cold air intake and exhaust system.
