Can Dexter E-Z Flex Equalizers Be Used with Trailer Shocks
Updated 04/29/2019 | Published 04/27/2019 >
Question:
I have a 32foot Nu Wa Hitchhiker 5th wheel and will replace a lot of parts. My trailer has shocks on each axle. Does this part replace the shocks? and will the E Z Flex Equalizer work with shocks? Is the ride as well without shocks with the Equalizer? Thanks,

Helpful Expert Reply:
While the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-653-00 does cushion the ride of a trailer it does not take the place of shocks. Your most ideal setup would be using these and retaining the shocks you currently have. These kits work great with shocks. These help cushion the bumps and the shocks slow the movement of the suspension so that it doesn't feel as harsh.
