This hitch is confirmed to fit your vehicle and will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. It features a 4,000 pound towing weight capacity, a 400 pound tongue weight limit, and is made right here in the USA.

The Curt Class III # C13163 that you referenced is designed for later model year Outlanders and will not fit your 2013 model.
