Question:
I have had 3 Curt T connector 56019 wiring kits on 3 different vehicles and within 18 months the right signal light stops working to the trailer plug. The right signal on trailer does work when a different vehicle is plugged in.

Sounds like there's a short on the right stop/turn circuit of your trailer which is causing the trailer wiring harness to stop working like it needs to. This is almost always the issue when a specific function of trailer wiring keeps failing. So what I recommend is that you go over the trailer wiring looking for any obvious shorts like cut or frayed wire and fix as needed and then install the Tekonsha kit part # 118552 on your 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan instead as this kit will be much more reliable than other options and this one is custom fit so it will be easier to install than a universal kit.
