I have a 100 gallon propane tank to run my honda 5000 generator. Will the hose in the photo work?

The type of adapter hose you'd want to connect a 100 lb propane tank to a Honda generator adapted to work off of propane would be the MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail part # 100575-60-MBS. This has the fittings found on a tank and the inverted flare style of fitting that's used on the generator adapter kits I found for the Honda generators.
