Question:
If I put my 2011 Nissan Sentra on a tow dolly will I have to do anything for the steering lock or does it have one?

I pulled up the owners manual for your 2011 Nissan Sentra and found that it states the vehicle can be towed with a tow dolly and the only instructions beyond that were to follow the instructions for the tow dolly manufacturer. The steering wheel needs to be locked so that the dolly can't pivot underneath the vehicle which would cause the fenders of it to hit the vehicle around corners.
The Roadmaster Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1 would be a great option for this. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
