Would this RV door lockset work in my DIY tear camper project? I plan to make my own wood door that will be around 5/4 inch thick, Thank You

The door would need to be 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" thick in order for the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option # 295-000019 to fit. I am not sure if you meant to type 5/4 inch but five to four inches thick would be too thick.
