Trailer Hitch Pin Lock for a 2009 Ford Explorer with Little Space to Use a Lock

Question:
I HAVE A 2009 FORD EXPLORER 4DOOR WITH A CLASS 3 HITCH.HAVING A HARD TIME FINDING A LOCK THAT WILL WORK FOR ME.THE PROBLEM IS THE HOLE IS REAL CLOSE TO THE TUBE AND THE 7 PIN CONNECTOR+BOLT FOR THE CONNECTOR BRACKET IS IN THE WAY.I CAN ONLY PUT THE PIN IN FROM THE RIGHT SIDE AND PUT THE LOCK ON THE LEFT SIDE.JUST WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU HAD COME ACROSS THIS ISSUE WITH OTHER EXPLORER OWNERS. I have not heard of this exact issue before on any vehicle. Certainly, you can use a hitch pin/lock in any orientation that works for you.
