Question:

Will you please recommend the best mounting system for my car and style of kayak? Im not especially strong, so the easier the better. Thank you!

The easiest to load kayak carrier is the Thule Hullavator part # TH898 which lowers to about waist level to make lifting the kayak easier and then once attached there allows you to push the kayak and rack up onto the roof of the vehicle easily with the assisted shock system helping lighten the load. This will work great with your Fell Free Sit kayak. Check out the review video I attached for more info on that.

Then for a roof rack compatible with this carrier and your 2013 Toyota Rav4 you'd want the Thule WingBar Evo Rack # TH711220 and # TH710401 and you'd be set. These bars are aerodynamically shaped which reduces wind noise plus it's very easy to install.
