The Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Installation Kit # C60683 for your 2011 F-350 will absolutely work with the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2703. This will be a really nice combination to give you towing and load leveling support. This air spring kit comes with the manual inflation valves.
You may want to consider adding the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Heavy-Duty Compressor - Single Path - 150 psi # F2097 to give you the ability to adjust your air pressure at any time. I've attached some videos to assist.
