The video states that the brackets to install the rails can be used with Reese rails. I have a 2019 RAM Quad Cab 6foot 4inch bed. the engine is 5.7 gas e torque. Will the Patriot brackets work in my installation of Reese mounting rails?

We don't recommend mixing rail and bracket manufacturers. At this time (March 2019) Reese does not have a fifth wheel rail or bracket kit that fits your 2019 Ram 1500 so the best option we have is the B and W rail kit part # BWRVK2604 that you referenced. This gives you a custom rail kit that fits your truck and also fits all hitches that are designed for industry standard rails like the Blue Ox Patriot # BWRVK3270.
