Would these be a direct fit into the pre-installed tracks on my p/u fiberglass camper shell without any additional parts? I have factory Leer tracks already installed.

Rola 59772 is not a confirmed fit for your Leer cap's factory tracks but we do offer the appropriate parts from Thule, who makes the tracks for Leer.
You can use Podium Foot pack # TH460R, Fit Kit # THKIT3101 and the Thule square crossbars of your preferred length. Here are a few of the most popular bar sizes:
