On the 2019 Mazda the Yakima landing pad 19 fits the car since the rail is the same design as used in some Fords and other models. The Landing pads work with the Yakima Sky Line towers. I have them installed on two vehicles and the fit up and distribution is perfect.

The Yakima Landing Pad 19 # Y00245 that you referenced has been confirmed by Yakima to fit the Skyline and Control Towers like you mentioned. Glad it worked for you as well! For the 2019 Mazda CX-5 Yakima recommends the BaseClip part # Y06130 and part # Y06154 when used with JetStream bars # Y00425 and BaseLine Towers part # Y28TR.
