Is Rhino-Rack Folding Ladder Compatible with Thule Rack System on a 2016 Ford F-150

Can I adapt the rhino folding ladder for use with my Thule sport roof rack? Is there an alternate for Thule or cargo basket.

Even though the Rhino-Rack Folding Ladder # RRRAFL includes T-Bolts that would be compatible with the T-Slots on a Thule roof rack or ladder rack system, since the ladder mounts to the side of the vehicle and it has brackets designed for the Pioneer Platform Rack, like part # RR42114BF, the ladder won't be compatible with the setup you currently have on your 2016 Ford F-150.

If you don't want to use the Pioneer Platform Rack but you are open to using a cargo basket then we have the Folding Ladder # RRRFL from Rhino-Rack that is compatible with their steel mesh baskets. I'm not sure what rack you have on your F-150 but the only one I can think of that has the word "sport" in it is the Thule Xsporter Pro Ladder Rack # TH500XT. If this is the case then the bars for this are going to be too tall for the baskets to fit as they use a clamp-on mounting system.

Let me know what rack you have and what you are looking to accomplish and I can help you find an appropriate alternative if the above option doesn't work.
