The Replacement Long and Short Hooks for Swagman Quad 2+2 Platform Bike Rack - Locking # SP429 will fit the Swagman Dispatch Bike Rack # S44FR, but it will give you 4 hooks. If you just want the two hooks then you will instead use # SP428. I confirmed this fit with my tech contact at Swagman for you.
