Question:

I purchased a Swagman E-Spec 2 Electric bike rack from you in May 2018. Love it! A few months ago, I lost the locking hitch pin so I ordered another from you. Once I received the new pin, I discarded the keys that fit the old pin and the locking bars on the rack. Now, I do not have the correct keys for the rack lock. Is there any way I could get a set of keys for the rack? The number code on the rack lock is 306 see pic attached. The number on my new hitch pin key is 394 other attached pic.

There are not replacement keys we carry for the Swagman bike racks. For your Swagman E-Spec S64689, the only way to get your locks back are to call a locksmith or use the Replacement Long and Short Hooks for Swagman G10 or Chinook Platform Bike Racks - Locking # SP428 which will fit your rack. This will still give you separate locks from your hitch pin lock, but will give you the ability to once again secure your bikes to deter theft.
