Just as the subject line is asking, will Euro Ball Mount Item # C45592 fit with this hitch installed on the Honda Civic Sedan? I currently have the C45592 however the pictures seem to show the bumper extending relatively far out from the hitch opening, which may cause an issue with euro mount C45592.

I have a ball mount solution that does fit the Curt hitch part # C11604 that you referenced but the Euro ball mounts like you mentioned only fit Class II and up hitches. Instead you'd need the # C45521 with hitch balls # A-82 for a 2 inch ball or part # A-80 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
