I have a 2010 Chevy Silverado single cab 8ft bed with tool cap on bed with a 4.3 by motor Im looking to buy the biggest camper RV that I can live in in RV parks can you tell me how big I can go and what I will need for my truck

From what I was able to find online your 2010 Chevy Silverado with a 4.3 liter V6 engine has a towing capacity of 6,700 lbs. A weight distribution system like the Reese kit part # RP66560 that you referenced would be a great idea to help you tow at capacity as safely as possible. This will give you better handling, braking, and will reduce suspension sag.

You'll also want a great brake controller too.

The brake controller I recommend is the Prodigy P3 part # 90195 because this brake controller senses the amount of braking your tow vehicle is applying and puts a proportional amount of braking on the trailer's brakes.
